SETA-CRM Tag Flash Point 40

The SETA-CRM Tag Flash Point 40 is an ISO 17034 accredited Tag Flash Point Certified Reference Material (CRM) with nominal flash point value of 40 °C, designed for the verification of Tag Flash Point testers operating in accordance with ASTM D56.

Manufactured by Stanhope-Seta under the requirements of ISO 33405, with documentation compliant to ISO 33401, this hydrocarbon reference material has been characterised using an interlaboratory comparison procedure as defined in ASTM D56 Appendix A2.1, providing laboratories with a reliable and traceable solution for routine instrument verification.

The Tag Flash Point Certified Reference Material supports the annual verification requirements specified in ASTM D56 Section 10.1, helping laboratories maintain confidence in instrument performance while supporting ISO 17025 quality systems and audit requirements.

Each 100 mL bottle is supplied as a pack of 3 with an ISO 17034 Certificate, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and has a two-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.

The Stanhope-Seta SETA-CRM range is designed to support routine instrument verification and ongoing performance monitoring. Each ISO 17034 Certified Reference Material is supplied with a certified value, measurement uncertainty, coverage factor and method limits, providing laboratories with the information needed to support ISO 17025 quality systems and demonstrate measurement traceability.

The 100 mL container is supplied with 85–95% ullage in accordance with ASTM D4057, ensuring suitability for routine verification procedures.
